Our History
NK Haul was created by the partnership of Mr. Nader Kameli and Mr. Kourosh Eshman. Both members of the management team bring together years of experience in this venture to bring the highest quality of service and reliable partnering to our customers. The cornerstone of this company is our employees who are the soul of the company. Trucking and transportation is a demanding industry and takes a lot of sacrifice from families. We have developed a system where our employees can have a predictable schedule that allows them to have a normal home life, and enjoy their families, while having a career that gives them the confidence and support that they need. This focus on employees will ensure a consistent service to our customers. Nader Kameli
Mr. Kameli has over 40 years of business experience in various industries. He brings to the company a wealth of knowledge and expertise in matters of governance, finance, quality processes, corporate development, human resources, and engineering. Mr. Kameli has been the founder and CEO of Emerging Medical Solutions, a consulting and business advisory to the medical device industry, and AKBI Advisers, a general business advisory consulting group that works closely with corporate executives on strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational development. His education is in engineering/science/business, including an MBA. As the Business Director, Nader manages all business activities of the company including customer contact and general management departments.Kourosh Eshman
Kourosh is a prominent figure in the trucking industry throught the midwest. His impressive career began as a truck driver, where he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience hauling expedited cargo for various companies nationwide. Later on, Kourosh established his own trucking company to provide superior expedited delivery service to customers. Today, the company he founded has a fleet of over 300 owner-operators and nine dispatchers, serving all 50 states. Kourosh's leadership in the trucking industry has earned him a reputation for dependability, safety, and exceptional customer service. His success in trucking business can be attributed to his profound understanding of the industry, commitment to cultivating strong relationships with shippers and drivers, and continuous drive for improvement. Kourosh stays current with the latest technology and regulations, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry developments. As the Director of Operations, Kourosh manages the day to day activities of NK Haul’s operations and is instrumental in the quality of service we provide.
